Easy Peach Cobbler (Dutch Oven)
2 (30 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained
1 yellow cake mix, dry
1 can Sprite or 7-Up
Add peaches to a 12" dutch oven; spread evenly. Pour cake mix over peaches. Pour soda over cake mix. Stir to mix completely. Place lid on oven.
Bake for 45 - 60 minutes using 12 briquettes on top and 12 briquettes on bottom. Rotate oven and lid every 15 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Serves 8 - 10.
