Chris Powell's Chocolate-Almond Banana Protein Shake

I make one of these for Aaron EVERY morning . . . at about 4:00 a.m. . . . EVERY morning!  Did I say I do this at 4:00 a.m.???  Sometimes BEFORE 4:00 a.m., depending on his work schedule.  Haha - it's the least I can do, I suppose!

Serves 1

1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey powder (or Powell Perfect Chocolate Ice Cream Protein Powder)
1 Tblsp. almond butter
1/2 banana
1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
