8 oz. Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 cup pineapple & apricot preserves
3 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 50 minutes. Serve chicken and sauce over rice with green beans on side.
